Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
For eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
